職務内容
- コールセンターからのエスカレーション対応
- 関連部署との連携による迅速な問題解決
- 顧客問い合わせデータの分析/ 再発防止策の立案・実行
- 対応ログや通話録音のモニタリング+フィードバック提供
- 緊急障害や運用課題の共有・フォローアップ
