本ポジションでは、海上輸出業務およびカスタマーサービス業務を担当していただきます（国内顧客・フォワーダー対応）。

当社のクライアントは、陸上輸送・国際貨物輸送を手がける、世界的に認知された大手物流企業です。
職務内容
海上輸出業務およびカスタマーサービス全般を担当していただきます。主な業務内容は以下のとおりです：
- 国内顧客・フォワーダーとのやり取り
- B/L 作成および請求書発行（担当地域により月50〜70件程度）
- 集荷手配および輸出通関手続きの調整
- 船会社へのブッキング、スケジュール確認、運賃支払い手配
- 海外拠点との連絡・問い合わせ対応（主に英語メール）

- 日本語：JLPT N1レベル
