Job Description
【仕事内容】
・Web広告を主軸とした集客全体の戦略設計と実行
・KPI設定とその進捗管理
・各種データに基づく課題抽出と施策・改善提案
・関係部署や外部パートナーとの連携・調整
【待遇】
給与：80,000バーツ～（日本円 約360,000円～）※2025年6月為替レート
※ 賞与（年1回）、昇給（年1回）※業績により臨時賞与あり ※ 皆勤手当（月1回、年1回）
※想定年収：1,092,000バーツ～（約500万円～）/月給+賞与+皆勤賞など
※経験・スキルにより応相談（採用時に最終決定）
※基本残業はありませんが、発生した場合は残業手当支給あり
【福利厚生】

・インターネット／広告／自社メディアに関連する企画・運用経験
・事業におけるKPI設計、データ分析、およびそれに基づいたPDCAサイクルの実行経験
歓迎：
・各種Web広告の戦略立案の経験
・広告主／メディアでの実務経験
・SNS広告の運用経験
・オフライン広告／イベントの実務経験
・マーケティングに関する実務経験
・EC運営者／ECサイトに関連する経験
・市場調査・分析・情報収集能力
