Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 level technical support for servers, networks, and enterprise applications
- Perform user administration (Active Directory, account provisioning, access control, group policy management)
- Monitor system performance, logs, and system health
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Apply system patches, updates, and security configurations
- Support backup and recovery operations
- Work closely with L1 support and infrastructure teams
