A Global IT Service firm is seeking a CAB Manager(Change Advisory Board Manager)at Cloud Services Department.
Responsibilities:
- CAB Leadership & Coordination : Review critical/high-risk change requests (OPEKAI) and prepare reports based on the review / Lead CAB meetings and prepare agendas in advance / Facilitate discussions for change requests (OPEKAI)
- Process Oversight & Compliance : Ensure the CAB process adheres to defined procedures and operational standards / Maintain accurate documentation of CAB activities, review results, and related communications
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for CAB-related inquiries / Communicate CAB review results, recommendations, and follow-ups clearly with stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement : Continuously analyze CAB workflows and communication channels to identify areas for enhancement/ Propose and implement improvements to increase process clarity, stakeholder alignment, and overall CAB effectiveness

Required skills;

- Strong understanding of change control and advisory processes
- ITIL certification for IT service management
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Ability to operate independently as a subject-matter expert in CAB processes
