【Up to 12mil】 IT Infra operation Mgr. - JLPT1 or above

A German Financial Services firm is looking for IT Infra operation Manager. This position will be responsible for operating infrastructure technologies such as server, networks, virtualization platforms (VMWare), storage, backup, security, and cloud (M365, Entra ID) for VWFS Japan.

- Network, security and cloud (M365, Entra ID)
- Coordination and testing for change operations
- Incident investigation and escalation to German HQ
- Root cause analysis and preventive measure
- Server (Linux/ Windows), Virtual Servers (VMWare), Storage, backup
- Investigation, validation, planning, coordination, and testing for change operations
- Incident investigation and escalation to Japanese vendor
- Root cause analysis and preventive measures 
- Hardening management and patch management
- Configuring and IT asset management
- Preparing materials and attending meeting with HQ

Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Wide area of IT infrastructure expertise including Linux server, M365, storage backup
