⚫ 戦略に基づく実行計画の策定と実行
⚫ 価値を創出するための運営計画の策定と実行
⚫ クライアントエンゲージメント（週次、月次、四半期ごとのレポーティングやプラン提案）, 特にパフォ ーマンスと品質に関する説明責任
⚫ 会議でのレポーティング、クライアント会議のアレンジメントと進行、または参加

⚫ 日本語スキル：ネイティブレベル(敬語が使えること、日本独特の会話のコンテキストを理解し話せること)

⚫ リモートでユニット単位でのマネジメント経験
⚫ リーンシックスシグマの知識・経験
