Job Description
Location: Surabaya, EastJava.
Industry: Construction & Infrastructure.
Employment status: 3 months probation, then continuous 1-year fixed-term contracts (non-permanent).
We are seeking a strategic Tax Specialist for our local holding company with multiple business units. This role focuses on Tax Compliance, Strategy, Regulatory Reporting, and Risk Management.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage all tax audit, objection, and appeal processes with tax authorities.
Provide professional tax advisory on corporate transactions and compliance.
Oversee Corporate Income Tax (CIT) reporting (SPT Badan) and compliance.
Handle all aspects of VAT reporting, revision, and restitution claims.
Ensure compliance regarding import-related tax documents (PIB).
Conduct tax planning, risk analysis, and optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.
Minimum 5 years working experience in tax, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Expert knowledge of Indonesia's tax laws (PPh, PPN) and compliance.
Proficiency in SAP, E-SPT, and E-Faktur.
Mandatory Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to be based in Surabaya – East Java.
