Job Description:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using specialized scheduling software
- Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations
- Prepare project proposals, including accurate cost estimations and timeline forecasts
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, financial forecasting, and regular financial reporting
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experiences (for specialist) and 10 years or experiences (for professional) as a Project Control in the EPC industry
- Strong knowledge of project management and quality control
- Proficient in budgeting, engineering, and construction
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel for business
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta or project site if required
