職務内容
ホテル内5つのレストランおよび宴会サービスチームの統括
各店舗・宴会サービスの円滑な運営管理
チームメンバーのマネジメント（約100名）
働きやすい職場環境の整備と従業員満足度の向上施策の実施
マーケット調査を基にした営業戦略の立案・実行
調理部門・広報・営業など他部署との連携強化
