  • 日本市場における報酬・福利厚生制度の設計、導入、運用を統括
  • 経営層のエグゼクティブ報酬の管理、報酬委員会の意思決定支援
  • 人事、財務、法務、給与チームとの連携
  • 報酬プログラムの管理
  • コンプライアンス遵守及びリスク管理
  • チームのマネジメント、部下の育成
  • 市場データ分析を通じた報酬戦略の立案と改善提案

Join a global leader in the manufacturing and semiconductor industry as a Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Director, driving strategic initiatives that align local practices with global frameworks. In this leadership role, you will oversee the full spectrum of compensation and benefits programs for Japan, providing strategic direction, ensuring compliance, and partnering with executive leaders to deliver competitive and sustainable reward structures.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs for the Japan market.
  • Support executive compensation processes, including benchmarking and Compensation Committee decision-making.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee C&B administration and compliance to local and global standards.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, promoting operational excellence and professional development.
  • Evaluate market trends and data analytics to recommend strategic compensation actions.

  • Hands-on experience in executive compensation, benchmarking, and program management.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Language Requirements:
  • Japanese: Fluent (required).
  • English: Fluent (required).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage complex C&B programs in multinational environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on balancing compliance, competitiveness, and cost-efficiency.
