国内外の特許の調査、発明発掘から権利取得／管理、特許戦略などの特許業務全般を担当いただくとともに、研究員やメンバーに専門的指導・助言を行っていただきます。
また、適正をみながら、コーポレートガバナンスコードに対応した知的財産の活動の社外開示などの業務も担当していただきます。

・補正/訂正等の中間処理業務
・契約等知的財産権利化の支援
・係争と契約の支援
