Job Description
Location : Bangkok
Working : Mon-Fri (09:00-18:00)
Main Responsibilities:- Review and validate all journal and payment vouchers
- Check online payments (both domestic and international) via banking platforms
- Conduct monthly reviews of sales and inventory adjustments for cost of goods sold
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
- Analyze financial data for monthly financial review meetings
- Compile monthly reports and quarterly financial consolidation packages
- Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process
- Liaise with the Thai Revenue Department for tax refund documentation
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPD) license required
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of Thai accounting standards and tax laws
- Experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
