[ JLPT N1] Bilingual Data Business System Analyst

A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is seeking an experienced Data Business System Analyst to join its Data Management Team. 

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users and project team on requirements and expectations
- Analyze business requirements, create proper data solutions that meets functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze existing system to find the original source data based on business requirements
- Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows
- Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers and others on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
- Discover metadata of the source database, including value patterns and distributions, key candidates, foreign-key candidates, and functional dependencies
- Design logical and physical data models
- Create design documents including FRD
- Prepare test cases, test data, and capture test evidence

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 4 days’ work in office, and 1 day work from home (more WFH days is possible)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays

Required Skills:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in system development or business system analyst role
- Strong data/system analytics skills
- Knowledge of writing functional requirements
- Good knowledge of Oracle database, MS-SQL Server, MongoDB, Linux, networking
- Good knowledge of data structures and data management
- Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Knowledge of joints (inner joints / outer joints)
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
