【業務内容】総務部門の社内ヘルプデスク及び庶務業務
1.社内ヘルプデスク対応(対面、メール)
2.代表電話対応 *英語対応あり
3.郵便、宅配便の受領と発送
4.社内美観管理(オフィス内、会議室を含む)
5.備品管理、発注
6.ウォーターサーバー、コーヒーマシンの管理、メンテナンス
7.取引先業者対応
8.資料作成、メール対応 等
