Job Description
金融業界での経験とスキルを活かし、FX関連の管理業務に取り組む責任ある役割です。チーム全体の文書作成や報告、コンプライアンスプロセスを統括し、スムーズで正確な業務遂行を支援します。また、トレーディングデスクや顧客対応をサポートし、信用関連文書の作成も担当します。クロスファンクショナルなコラボレーションを促進し、円滑なチーム運営に貢献します。
**主な担当業務**
与信申請書の作成：投資ファンドのプロフィールを評価し、必要な情報を収集して包括的な申請書を作成・提出
サポート書類の作成・提出：信用監督部署へのドキュメント提出
法律文書の調整：法務部門と連携し、主要な契約書（ヘッジサービス契約、ISDAなど）の起草を調整
KYCリクエストの管理：タイムリーに社内システムを通じて提出
口座開設サポート：データ管理チームと連携してFXクレジットおよび決済限度額の設定を行う
アドホックサポート：取引確認書の作成や担保ポジションのモニタリングを行う
**必要なスキル**
FX取引やオペレーションに精通し、関連金融規制およびKYC要件に対応できる
財務データや投資ファンドの分析、評価スキル
エクセルや金融ソフトウェアのスキルを活用したデータ分析、レポーティング
マルチタスク管理能力とタイムリーな業務処理スキル
法務部、ファンドマネジャーなどの関係者と強力なコミュニケーションができる方
ペースの速い環境で効果的に優先順位をつけ、期限を守れる方
日本語必須
**応募資格**
ファイナンス、経済学、経営学、または関連分野の学士号、またはクレジット分析や金融業界での2～5年の実務経験
