Job Description

【業務内容】
・工場長の補佐として製造工程、品質改善活動を支援
・製造工程（溶接、熱処理、酸洗など）の品質分析、改善提案
・VE VA提案の為のテスト、製品寸法、機械試験値の偏差分析、予防保全の指導
・顧客対応（品質課題発生時の訪問、技術的説明）
・レポート作成、経営会議資料のサポート業務
・部署間の調整およびタイ人マネージャーとの協働

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・3年以上の機械加工（金属・樹脂）での製造技術もしくは品質保証の経験
・機械試験分析や予防保全の経験
・ 英語またはタイ語：日常会話レベル以上(工場スタッフや課長層と意思疎通可能）
【歓迎要件】
・鉄鋼加工機械の知識を保有する方
・鉄鋼関連での金属加工経験（パイプ・溶接・熱処理・酸洗など）
・海外工場でのマネジメント経験
・長期的に海外でキャリア形成を希望する方
