We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Sales Manager who is motivated to drive business growth within the industry of Trading and Retail company.

Job Descriptions

• Selling full range of hygiene and industrial cleaning products.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, primarily Japanese companies.

• Effectively persuading clients and clearly explaining the key benefits and selling points of company high-quality products.

• Conducting product demonstration, facilitate training for sub-ordinates or customers.

• Handle end-to-end sales management process, AR, PO, sales budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Min. of 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Japanese Speaker.

• Experience selling B2B products, dealing with clients from manufacturing, F&B, FMCG, or related fields.

• Experience in sales planning, sales forecasting, reporting, including AR, etc.

   

  Proficient in Japanese (Min. JLPT N3/Equivalent).

   

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing team members.
