会計・税務・法務・人事労務を一括支援するコンサルティング企業にて、労務・法務コンサルタントの募集です。
2010年代に設立された同社はインドネシア人と日本人の専門家で構成されており、現地で事業展開する日系企業の経営を幅広く支援しています。ジャカルタ中心部の国際的なビジネス環境で、現地規制と日本企業の実務を橋渡ししながら、経営層に直接価値提供できるエキサイティングなポジションです。労務・法務の専門性を磨きつつ、プロジェクト推進・顧客折衝まで一気通貫で関われるため、専門家としての深さとコンサルタントとしての広がりの両方を得られます。
- 日系企業の取締役・経営層からの労務／法務相談に対するアドバイザリー（現地規制の整理、実務対応の提案）
- 既存顧客へのフォローアップと関係構築、課題抽出および追加支援の提案
- 受託プロジェクトの進行管理（ローカルメンバーへの指示、成果物の品質・期日管理）
- 労務・法務関連書類の翻訳（日本語⇄英語／インドネシア語）および内容確認
- 顧客との連絡調整・問い合わせ対応、成果物の提出と説明
- 必須：労務・法務のプロフェッショナルとして専門性を磨いていきたい強い意欲
- 言語：英語 または インドネシア語での業務コミュニケーションが可能
- 必須：入社後にインドネシア語の習得に取り組める方
- 歓迎：プロジェクトマネジメント経験／営業・顧客対応の経験
- 基本給：IDR 25,000,000〜35,000,000（手取り、経験により応相談）
- THR（宗教手当）：1ヶ月分
- 交通手当：実費精算
- 住宅手当：なし
- 社会保険・医療：BPJS、民間医療保険
- 雇用形態：契約社員（1年更新）
- 勤務時間：月〜金 8:00〜17:00
