Manage daily accounting operations, including preparing and entering journal entries (GL, AP, AR).
Communicate and collaborate with our international shared service center on a daily basis (speaking, typing).
Assist with monthly and annual financial closing processes.
Support tax-related tasks, working with tax professionals as needed.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required Skills
Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience.
Languages: Native-level Japanese and business-level English are mandatory.

Knowledge: Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and a good understanding of Japanese tax laws.
Personality: The ideal candidate is team-oriented and detail-oriented. They should also be communicative and comfortable working with a diverse international team.
