A leading local company in the food ingredient industry is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
 

Responsibilities:

• Focus on sales of products for the sweet division and beverage flavor, including collagen casing, functional powders (e.g., soy protein, tapioca starch), and custom flavorings.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients in the food and beverage industry.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of flavors and ingredients.
• Collaborate with our R&D team to support product development and provide technical assistance to clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients, flavors, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the food and beverage market in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Technology, Food Science, Business Administration) is a plus.
