JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth progress of work, report to Senior Site Supervisor.
Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to manage schedules and resolve issues that may cause delays.
Monitor work quality and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met.
Report work progress to superiors and ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations.
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Civil & Structure Engineering, M&E Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience as Site Supervisor for Construction / Renovation projects.
Strong leadership and disciplined working attitude.
