JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth progress of work, report to Senior Site Supervisor.

• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to manage schedules and resolve issues that may cause delays.

• Monitor work quality and enforce compliance with safety regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met.

• Report work progress to superiors and ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations.

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Civil & Structure Engineering, M&E Engineering or equivalent.

• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience as Site Supervisor for Construction / Renovation projects.

• Strong leadership and disciplined working attitude.
