About the Role
As the Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of recruitment activities. This includes shaping and executing recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline to support the organisation’s research and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top talent through diverse channels
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with workforce needs
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with internal policies and provide a seamless candidate experience
• Regularly review and enhance recruitment policies for efficiency and relevance
• Streamline workflows based on industry best practices and organisational needs
• Oversee outreach and employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice
Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, with proven leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strategic thinker with a passion for talent development and innovation
