A global e-commerce and technology company is seeking an HR People Partner to champion employee development, strengthen engagement, and align HR strategies with business objectives. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees while driving organizational effectiveness through people initiatives and data-driven insights.
Partner with leadership to align people strategies with overall business goals.
Serve as a trusted contact for employees on HR-related matters.
Lead projects such as restructuring, change initiatives, engagement programs, and process improvements.
Use data and insights to identify workforce trends and recommend improvements.
Guide and support HR colleagues in their professional growth.
Ensure HR practices comply with evolving regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

5+ years in HR with emphasis on business partnering and project management.
Demonstrated success in restructuring, talent programs, and change management.
Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
Familiarity with HR frameworks, policies, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Japanese: Fluent.
English: Business-level proficiency.
Proficiency in Japanese strongly preferred with knowledge of Japan labor laws and compliance requirements.
Experience with HR systems and technology tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
Background in global, multicultural environments.
