A global e-commerce and technology company is seeking an HR People Partner to champion employee development, strengthen engagement, and align HR strategies with business objectives. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees while driving organizational effectiveness through people initiatives and data-driven insights.

• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with overall business goals.

• Serve as a trusted contact for employees on HR-related matters.

• Lead projects such as restructuring, change initiatives, engagement programs, and process improvements.

• Use data and insights to identify workforce trends and recommend improvements.

• Guide and support HR colleagues in their professional growth.

• Ensure HR practices comply with evolving regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

必須条件経験・資格：

• HR経験5年以上（特にHRBP・ビジネスパートナー経験、プロジェクトマネジメント経験）
• リストラクチャリング、タレントプログラム、チェンジマネジメントなど組織改革の実績
• タレントマネジメント、サクセッションプラン、パフォーマンスマネジメントの知識
• 人事制度やポリシー、ベストプラクティスの知識

• 複雑なプロジェクトを並行管理できるマルチタスク能力
• コミュニケーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメント
• グローバルな組織・環境や様々な国籍・文化への対応経験

• 日本語：: ネイティブレベル中級以上
• 英語：: ビジネスレベル（特に読み書き）流暢

• 日本語が流暢な方優遇
• 日本の労働法やコンプライアンス要件に関する知識
• HRシステムやテクノロジーツールの使用経験

• 5+ years in HR with emphasis on business partnering and project management.

• Demonstrated success in restructuring, talent programs, and change management.

• Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and performance management.

• Familiarity with HR frameworks, policies, and best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Japanese: Fluent.

• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Proficiency in Japanese strongly preferred with knowledge of Japan labor laws and compliance requirements.

• Experience with HR systems and technology tools.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.

• Background in global, multicultural environments.
