【Procurement Supply & Inventory Control Assistant Manager】

Job Description

You will oversee operations from supplier performance to inventory management. You will also work with headquarters to develop strategies for market and new supplier research, quality, hygiene, and safety of the supply chain, and cost competitiveness. This position is a critical part of resort operations, requiring organizational capabilities, strategic thinking, and trustworthy relationship building.

① Operations Management and Coordination

  • Supplier Performance Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Inventory Core System and Data Management
  • Supply Team Personnel (3-5 people) Management

② Supplier Strategy Implementation

  • Work with the Purchasing & Logistics Division to implement purchasing and procurement strategies
  • Market and New Supplier Research
  • Build a Quality, Hygiene, and Safety Supply Chain. Strengthening cost competitiveness
  • Building collaboration with the kitchen/bar and related departments

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Business Level
Minimum Japanese Level Business Level
Minimum Education Level Associate Degree/Diploma
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in procurement, purchasing, and inventory control
  • English: Business Conversation level or above
  • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred
  • MS Office (Excel, Word)
