Description
- 電話・チャット・ウェブポータルを通じて技術サポートを提供
- パートナー企業、販売代理店、再販業者、エンドユーザーに対して、アフターセールスの技術支援
- サポート案件管理システムを使用し、各案件の対応から解決までを担当
- 保証交換（RMA）の承認業務を行い、地域の関連パートナーとの調整を担当
- グローバルの技術サポートチームと連携し、情報やアイデアを交換
