???? Who We’re Looking For
Are you someone who can speak both tech and business — in both English and Japanese?
We’re looking for a bilingual Infrastructure Project PMO who thrives in cross-cultural environments and knows how to connect the dots between global teams and local stakeholders.

???? Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, understand, and document infrastructure requirements in both Japanese and English
Clearly communicate infrastructure capabilities and project objectives to different audiences (technical, business, and regional teams)
Manage infrastructure projects (Japan & regional) as a Project Manager, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes
Handle full project lifecycle: scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk & issue tracking, and stakeholder communications
Lead project status reporting (bi-lingual), steering committees, and documentation efforts
Facilitate smooth coordination across IT infrastructure, application, and business teams — in both languages
Drive technical alignment while also managing expectations from non-technical stakeholders
???? Why Join Us?
Work in a truly bilingual environment — English and Japanese used daily
Collaborate with teams across Japan and overseas
Hybrid/remote work environment with flexible working style
Culture of transparency and ownership — your ideas matter
Opportunity to lead impactful, large-scale infrastructure projects
Be the key bridge between tech and business, global and local
