Join a global e-commerce and technology leader as an HR People Partner, where you will drive performance management, lead strategic people initiatives, and support business growth through impactful HR advisory. You'll act as a trusted partner to business leaders, manage complex employee relations, and shape scalable HR solutions in a dynamic, high-speed environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
Guide managers through performance management cases with fairness and coaching best practices
Lead employee relations investigations with professionalism and compliance
Support organizational design and change management across multiple teams and regions
Provide strategic HR advice on workplace issues, policy interpretation, and team development
Analyze HR and performance data to uncover insights and drive improvement
Collaborate across HR and business teams to develop people-first, scalable solutions
Promote HR process standardization and share best practices across business units

Experience implementing or advising on HR programs at a regional or country level
Coaching and consulting expertise across diverse, fast-paced environments
Strong time management and data-driven decision-making skills
Familiarity with project management and process improvement
