Responsibilities:
Actively pursue and connect with prospective clients to consistently achieve monthly sales objectives.
Establish and cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
Monitor market dynamics and collect client insights to support strategic sales planning.
Deliver clear and timely reports on market conditions and customer interactions to senior management.
Maintain a daily log of all sales activities, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
At least 5 years in fertilizer sales or a related sector with strong knowledge with the Thai market.
Good communication skill in both Thai and English.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to business development.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior.
Well-organized and meticulous in managing tasks and documentation.
Competency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is an added advantage.
