【概要】
グループ内で多様な外食チェーン店を経営し（国内外で15,000店以上）、タレントマネジメントシステムをグローバルに展開予定の中で、グローバル人事システム部の担当～課⾧候補として次の役割を担っていただきます。
・グループ・グローバルでの人事・評価・報酬制度の設計と運用。
・グローバルデータベースの導入・運用。
（特にOracle HCMを活用したグローバルデータベースの構築・運用）
・各種人事データを活用したピープルアナリティクス、戦略的人事施策の提案。
【年俸】
600万円～1,200万円
