Job Responsibilities
- Supports technical aspects throughout its lifecycle, from design and development to sales and support.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and users, ensuring the product meets user needs and market demands.
- Perform troubleshooting, provide technical guidance, and contribute to product improvement.
- Create and update documentation, such as user manuals, FAQs, and tutorials, to help customers use the product more effectively.
Job Requirements
- Min 3-5 years of work experience in related industries.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for hardware debugging and
troubleshooting. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with
customers and internal teams - Ability to travel globally to meet and support customers when required.
