Job Responsibilities

• Supports technical aspects throughout its lifecycle, from design and development to sales and support.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and users, ensuring the product meets user needs and market demands.
• Perform troubleshooting, provide technical guidance, and contribute to product improvement.
• Create and update documentation, such as user manuals, FAQs, and tutorials, to help customers use the product more effectively. 

Job Requirements

• Min 3-5 years of work experience in related industries.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for hardware debugging and 
  troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with 
  customers and internal teams
• Ability to travel globally to meet and support customers when required.
