An ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified multi-national company dealing in formulating, sales and distributions of Polyurethane chemicals is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual for the Sales & Marketing Manager position.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and marketing activities and managing teams
Implement marketing plans and sales strategies
Foster and maintain good communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders and forwarders
Maintain the existing pool of business, including stock operations, and establish chemical or industrial products trading business
Comply with internal regulations and company policies
Job Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in a related discipline or equivalent
15 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, including business model design and management
- Experience in leading and managing teams of 3-5 people
Preferably with sales & marketing experience in the automotive industry supply chain and the fine and polymer chemical industry
Able to work independently and be people-oriented
Possessing good communication and negotiation skills
Will be required to travel occasionally within Malaysia
A fully maintained company car will be provided
