An ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified multi-national company dealing in formulating, sales and distributions of Polyurethane chemicals is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual for the Sales & Marketing Manager position.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and marketing activities and managing teams

• Implement marketing plans and sales strategies

• Foster and maintain good communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders and forwarders

• Maintain the existing pool of business, including stock operations, and establish chemical or industrial products trading business

• Comply with internal regulations and company policies

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in a related discipline or equivalent

• 15 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, including business model design and management

• Experience in leading and managing teams of 3-5 people

• Preferably with sales & marketing experience in the automotive industry supply chain and the fine and polymer chemical industry

• Able to work independently and be people-oriented

• Possessing good communication and negotiation skills

• Will be required to travel occasionally within Malaysia

• A fully maintained company car will be provided
