Job Description

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal and external users

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, or network-related issues

  • Escalate unresolved cases to engineering or senior IT teams

  • Assist with onboarding, user training, and system configuration

  • Document support cases and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles

  • Communicate effectively with both Japanese and international teams

Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a similar role

  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

  • Conversational to business-level English (depending on assignment)

  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
