Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal and external users
Troubleshoot software, hardware, or network-related issues
Escalate unresolved cases to engineering or senior IT teams
Assist with onboarding, user training, and system configuration
Document support cases and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles
Communicate effectively with both Japanese and international teams
