ライフサイエンス関連メーカーにて、工場ゼネラルマネージャーの募集です。
急成長を遂げるライフサイエンス分野の製造企業が、インドネシアにおける大規模量産工場の運営を担うゼネラルマネージャーを求めています。製造現場の最前線で、品質・生産性・収益性を高める戦略を立案・実行し、地域展開を支える重要なポジションです。多国籍チームを率い、現地の製造拠点をグローバル基準へと導く、非常にやりがいのある仕事です。
職務内容製造工場の収益管理、品質基準、生産実績、コスト管理の全責任を担う
品質改善と生産性向上を目的とした製造プロセスの最適化と継続的改善を推進
製品開発、工場拡張、スタッフ育成、評価制度の運用を含む日々の製造活動を統括
調達・サプライチェーン・生産計画部門との連携による効率的な資材管理と在庫最適化
安全衛生・環境規制の遵守を徹底し、持続可能な運営体制を構築
生産能力計画、人員配置、リソースの最適化を推進
各部門責任者（オペレーション、品質、生産、財務、人事）を直接指導し、組織全体のパフォーマンスを最大化
品質管理や生産性向上において実績のある方
大規模量産工場での15年以上の製造経験と、工場長としての実績
製造、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学位
製造現場における部門横断的な運営、収益管理、成長戦略に関する深い理解
英語での読み書き・会話が可能な方（中級レベル）
インドネシアでの勤務に意欲がある方
年収：Rp550,000,000 ～ Rp1,100,000,000
住宅手当あり
