Job Description
投資関連の商品を扱う企業でのお客様サポート担当
・顧客情報の確認や必要な書類のチェックを行う
・商品ごとのリスクを評価し、社内ルールや法律に沿って対応する
・情報調査、必要に応じて関係部署に報告
・コンプライアンス担当など他の部署と連携、情報共有・相談
・申請や手続きの進行状況の案内
・変更手続きや書類確認
・お客様からのお問い合わせ対応（メール、電話）
・顧客確認（KYC）および顧客デューデリジェンス（CDD）を適切に実施する
・社内ガイドラインおよびマネーロンダリング防止（AML）要件に基づき、リスクを評価し、申請の承認・修正・却下を判断する
【給与】
RM8000～12000
経験やスキルにより決定
パフォーマンスによりボーナス支給

Required Skills
・会計・財務・ビジネス管理または関連分野の学士号または専門・短期大学卒（ディプロマ）以上の学歴を有する方
・MS Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）の操作に習熟している方
・英語の読み書き・会話に優れている方
・新卒の方も応募可能（研修制度あり）
【優遇条件】
・クライアントサービス、保険業界、銀行・金融機関などでの実務経験が2～3年程度ある方（即戦力となる経験者を歓迎）
・マネーロンダリング防止（AML）、顧客デューデリジェンス（CDD）、顧客確認（KYC）に関する経験がある方
