取締役や執行役員との戦略会議を通じて、各事業や重点施策の進捗を定期的に確認・評価
グループ全体における事業や機能を横断した課題を発見し、解決策を提案
グループの中長期的な方向性を描き、経営戦略の立案と実行を推進（例：2030年を見据えた中期経営計画の策定や、現行計画の課題整理）
経営判断に役立つ情報の収集・分析・リサーチの実施
