■役割
お客様の大切な思い出を支える、自社製品の修理・サポートサービス業務をお任せします。お客様からの修理依頼やお問い合わせに、電話やメールを通じて対応し、製品の状況を的確に把握、適切な修理やサポートを提供していただきます。お客様との直接的な接点を通して、お客様の声を収集し、社内関係部署にフィードバックすることで、製品開発やサービス向上に貢献します。また、修理受付やトラブルシューティング、修理業務にも携わっていただく可能性があります。お客様満足度向上に貢献することで、ブランド価値向上に繋がる重要な役割を担います。
・修理依頼受付（電話、メール対応）
・故障内容のヒアリング、切り分け、修理可否の判断
・修理費用の見積もり、納期の案内
・修理進捗状況の顧客への連絡
・修理品の発送、受取対応
・修理に関するデータ入力、集計、分析
※経験が長いメンバーもいるためOJTメインでサポートいたします。
