Location: Jakarta / Bali (Have two offices, you can work from either location)

Industry: Mass & Premium Photography & Videography

As Country Manager, you will lead and oversee the full operations of both mass photography (e.g., water parks, snow parks, towers, themed attractions) and premium personalized photography and videography services (Blue Canvas). This strategic role combines planning, cross-functional leadership, and operational to ensure profitability, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English (MUST) – You’ll collaborate closely with expat directors and international teams.
2. Minimum 10 years' experience in customer-facing industries like Retail, Photography, Hospitality, or F&B.
3. Proven background in regional/multi-country leadership, handling both mass and premium operations.
4. Solid track record of P&L ownership, managing cross-functional teams and driving growth.
5. Strong track record in advising and working directly with a director or C-level.
6. Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business management, operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Execute Strategy
   Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business growth and partner goals.
2. Run Smooth Operations
   Oversee all sites across the country, ensuring excellence in service, consistency, and efficiency.
3. Drive Financial Success
   Own and manage the P&L. Identify revenue opportunities, optimize costs, and improve margins.
4. Manage Partners & Clients
   Strengthen relationships with both local and international partners, enhancing the guest experience and business outcomes.
5. Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
   Lead and develop a team of regional and site managers. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
