Job Description
OPERATIONAL MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
The Director/Operational Manager of Construction Projects is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the construction process on ongoing projects.
Plan, implement, and oversee all operational activities of the Company's projects.
Create company standards regarding all operational processes of projects and the quality of project outcomes.
Develop strategies to meet company targets and the methods to achieve those targets.
Coordinate, review, and report on the progress of projects to the Board of Directors (BOD).
Check, supervise, and determine all needs in the operational processes of the Company's projects.
Plan, determine, supervise, make decisions, and coordinate financial matters for the operational needs of the Company's projects.
Oversee all employees to ensure that tasks are performed in accordance with the company's operational standards.
Responsible for the development of project quality, service quality, including the quality of employees.
Prepare comprehensive reports on the company's operational activities to be submitted to the BOD.
Responsible for the operational processes of projects and the quality of project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience as a Project Operational Manager for 5 to 10 years
Strong leadership skills
