OPERATIONAL MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

The Director/Operational Manager of Construction Projects is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the construction process on ongoing projects. 

• Plan, implement, and oversee all operational activities of the Company's projects.

• Create company standards regarding all operational processes of projects and the quality of project outcomes.

• Develop strategies to meet company targets and the methods to achieve those targets.

• Coordinate, review, and report on the progress of projects to the Board of Directors (BOD).

• Check, supervise, and determine all needs in the operational processes of the Company's projects.

• Plan, determine, supervise, make decisions, and coordinate financial matters for the operational needs of the Company's projects.

• Oversee all employees to ensure that tasks are performed in accordance with the company's operational standards.

• Responsible for the development of project quality, service quality, including the quality of employees.

• Prepare comprehensive reports on the company's operational activities to be submitted to the BOD.

• Responsible for the operational processes of projects and the quality of project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience as a Project Operational Manager for 5 to 10 years

• Strong leadership skills
