旅行中のお客様のサポートを通じて満足度を高め、問題発生時には迅速に対応。高品質なサービス提供と緊急時の対応も担当します。
■ 主な業務
- ヨーロッパ旅行中のお客様対応（電話・メール・チャット）
- 問い合わせ・苦情対応、旅程確認、予約処理
- サービス品質のチェックと報告書作成
- シフト勤務（夜勤・週末・祝日含む）、緊急対応サポート
