As part of their massive growth, they’re currently actively hiring for a Customer Engineer. Your work will turn satellite data into real-world solutions.

As a Customer Engineer you will:

• Identify client problems and needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Analyze and provide remote sensing data in an understandable way to help solve client issues.

Requirements

・More than 3 years of working experience
・Background in remote sensing data analysis (optical, SAR, GIS)
・Experience managing customer projects（Client facing）
・ communication skills for collaboration with other departments
・Japanese: Capable of preparing proposals and writing reports
・English: Comfortable with communication, including reading and writing

Nice to have
・Proficiency in various programming languages (especially Python)
・Consulting experience (organizing and addressing customer issues)
・GIS analysis experience
・Sales experience in data solutions
・ Specialized knowledge in a particular industry (e.g., infrastructure, civil engineering,
local government operations)
・Experience in proposing and implementing PoCs (Proof of Concept) for new services
and products
・Experience with satellite imagery (optical/SAR), particularly InSAR data analysis
・ Experience using digital technology for government agencies or similar sectors
(explaining technology to customers is a plus)
・Experience in data compilation and field surveys
・ management experience and Project lead
