中国トップクラスのチタンメーカーの総代理店において、社長秘書を募集します。
本ポジションは日本語と英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方を募集しております。
＜必須＞日本語能力試験（JLPT）N1
主な業務内容....
- 通訳（社長とは中国語での会話となります）
- 議事録作成
- 会食のセッティング
- 飛行機予約
- メール、電話対応
- 簡単な資料作成（Word、Excel、PowerPoint使用）
- 営業への指示 等
＜入社後について＞
経験者・未経験者問わず、入社後、会社の事業と社長の業務を理解するべく、まずは物流事務・営業から始めていただき、社内の業務を理解したうえで秘書業務に就いて頂きます。期間が未定ですが、12か月の業務期間を想定しています。
＜組織構成＞13名（社長（50代）、社長補佐、営業、事務系）
中国語と日本語両方を話せる者が多く、日常的に中国語での会話もある。
