Job Description
自動車用電子制御部品の品質担当窓口
１．顧客不具合品および情報の管理、製造工場(マレーシア・中国・ドイツ)への英語での調査依頼
２．製造工場の不具合品調査の進捗管理
３．調査結果の顧客報告資料の作成及び報告
４．変更品の切り替え申請及び管理
５．客先での現地不具合品調査や、選別対応

・顧客対応経験、製造/品質関連の知識、電子部品関連の知識がある方が望ましいです。
・PCスキル(Word初級、Excel中級、PowerPoint中級レベル)
・英語読解レベル 中級
・英語会話レベル 中級
・TOEIC 650点以上目安
※毎日、生産工場とやりとりする必要があり、英文メールや電話でのコミュニケーションスキルが必要になります。
