◎京都は観光名所も多いですが､現時点での詳しい知識は必須ではありません｡実際にお客様に対応する中で具体的な要望をお聞きし､その場で調べてお答えする経験を重ねて､自分の知識を増やしていってください｡
※まずは､細やかな心遣いやお客様目線を心がけた接客を身につけていきましょう｡お客様が京都滞在を楽しめるように､目的地までの乗り換え方法を調べてお伝えしたり､近くの観光スポットや日本料理店をご案内したり､親身なサービスをお願いします｡
※日々､様々な業務に取り組んで頂く必要があります｡最初は不安に感じることもあるかもしれませんが､困った時は周りのスタッフがサポートします｡
外国人のお客様も非常に多いため、 英語を使った接客対応が求められます。 そのため、英語力を活かせるのはもちろん ネイティブレベル英語に触れながら、 『今よりもっと英語スキルを上げたい！』 そんな想いがある方にもピッタリです。 英語を実践的に使いながら、 スキルアップできる環境が整っており、 日々の業務を通じて成長を実感できます。
■給与
月給24万円～+宿直手当、超過勤務手当
