For KOSTAL, being a family-owned company for more than 100 years has a special meaning: Namely, the handling of our company affairs and employees based on common values, maintaining strong ties and a sense of loyalty between the company, the Kostal family and the employees, and also adopting a long-term, sustainable approach to all of our activities.
One of the basic principles of the Kostal family is: “The interests of KOSTAL as a company have priority over the interests of the Kostal family.” We therefore consider it fitting to write “KOSTAL” in capital letters to emphasise this!
The Kostal family considers itself to be personally answerable to the Kostal corporate family and is firmly convinced that the well-being of the KOSTAL company, the Kostal family and all of its employees is inextricably linked.
